Kenya's Deferral Request Should Worry the ICC

In this article, I argue that the kenyan and Sudan are linked in a number of ways, and that while basic legal criteria are not met to secure deferral, links with Sudanese situation complicates decision-making for the UNSC. I conclude that whatever happens, the ICC is unlikely to re-emerge unscathed.
